where to eat in Bucharest?

Caru`cu bere 🫶 This legendary beer house was opened in the late 19th century.

With stunning interior decoration, great atmosphere, live music and dances, Caru` cu bere, is a place where you can enjoy delicious Romanian traditional food and enjoy a beer made from a unique, original recipe since 1879.

Their dips and chips as starters were super tasty and breads soft and delicious. Non vegetarians have quite a few options to select from. If you are a vegetarian like me please be aware that fish comes under vegetarian 😅 since according to them its technically not meat 😁

I had an avocado burger that comes with chips on the side.

I was full, but how could I have missed the Romanian doughnuts - Papanasi. These cheese doughnuts topped with jam are one of the best known Romanian desserts, something you will probably find on the menu of every Romanian restaurant here.

Caru` cu bere - Must place to go to if you are visiting Bucharest.

On our way to Yas Island, we took pitstop at #dubailastexit

Off the highway, on the outskirts of Dubai, is this unique place that exudes creativity, colorful ambience and a relaxed setting. We didn't stay to have a meal, however it appeared to be a perfect stop for travelers to have a quick and casual dining experience.

It was super hot outside, so I didn't take as many pics, I would have liked to.🥴

This hidden not so hidden gem 😀

Most of us know about this lovely homestay nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Vagamon, Kerala. littleflowerfarms #latepost

It's a cosy retreat, with each space crafted with personal touch. Every corner unveiled a new marvel. As I explored the tropical gardens, I discovered an array of delightful surprises tucked away amidst the verdant green gardens…quirky curios that made me pause, smile and appreciate. They have a waterfall and a natural pool too!

Thomas and Rekha, are extraordinary hosts, who are always available for a chat and make you feel at home. They run this place with genuine warmth and hospitality, with help from their staff and two adorable canine companions- Stella and Sofie 🐕🐕

It was unfortunate that I couldn’t explore and enjoy, this heart-warming homestay to my satisfaction. Both my son and I had come down with high fever. I wasn’t prepared for the cold, rainy and misty weather either. So, we cut short our trip and got back to warm Kochi, with a promise to each other – “We have to come back!!”

Not always, the travel pans out the way we plan. Sometimes, we face unforeseen challenges like coming down with a flu in my case. We enjoyed to the best we could.

It's essential to embrace the unpredictability of travel and take things in our stride, else, moments like this can really take one down!

This is a place where nature envelops you and you can truly connect with the 5 elements that shapes everything, including us 😇😇

I make this post with an intention that I manifest a trip to Little Flower Farms, soon 😊 .... I already see myself sitting on the viewing deck and 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️
